1. Booking Terms

1.1 Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Coco Palms Holidays. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and written confirmation.

1.2 Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and may incur charges

1.3 Payment

  • 50% advance required to confirm booking
  • Balance due at check-in
  • All payments in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Accepted: UPI, Net Banking, Cards, Cash

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 15-30 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days before check-in: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

For cancellations due to natural calamities or government restrictions, we offer rescheduling or credit notes.

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Valid government ID required at check-in for all guests
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property
  • Smoking only in designated outdoor areas
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • No outside food or alcohol in restaurant areas
  • Pets not allowed unless prior approval obtained

4. Meal Plans

  • Breakfast: Complimentary with all rooms (8:00 AM - 10:30 AM)
  • Half Board: Breakfast + Dinner
  • Full Board: All meals included

Meal timings and menu subject to change. Special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.

5. Pool & Facilities

  • Pool hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Children must be accompanied by adults
  • Appropriate swimwear required
  • Management reserves right to close facilities for maintenance

6. Liability

Coco Palms Holidays is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Injury due to guest negligence
  • Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Weather-related inconveniences

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
