By using the Coco Palms Holidays website and making a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from our team.
• Rates are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: no refund.
• No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Property Rules

• Coco Palms is a smoke-free property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Pets are not permitted unless explicitly arranged in advance.

Liability

Coco Palms Holidays is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, injuries sustained on the property (except due to our negligence), or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alibaug, Maharashtra.
